Friends of SVACA is a non-profit organization run entirely by volunteers. Financial donations of any amount make a huge difference.

All donations are used by SVACA to:
  • Care for the physical and emotional well-being of the animals at the SVACA Animal Care Center.
  • Support educational and outreach programs, such as Kiddies 2 Kitties.
  • Provide supplies to the Foster Parents who care for vulnerable baby animals.
  • Maintain the Spay & Neuter Voucher program for lower-income families with pets.

companion animal cupboard
Friends of SVACA is honored to be supporting SVACA’s Companion Animal Cupboard program, launched in June of 2021 to help those families in our four communities who were experiencing economic hardships.

The Companion Animal Cupboard can provide one month's worth of food and supplies. If you reside in Campbell, Monte Sereno, Mountain View and Santa Clara, you can apply for this program by contacting us.

Our hope is to make the Cupboard a community-sustained program, and SVACA will happily accept donations of food and supplies. They have created Amazon and Target wish lists to make it easy to donate, or you can drop off donations at the SVACA Animal Care Center during business hours.

SVACA's Animal Care Center Sponsorship program provides you with the opportunity to have your donation recognized while helping care for animals in need.

For a sponsorship donation, an engraved plaque displaying your family/company name is placed near or in a designated room of your choice for up to three years. Read more about the Sponsorship Program here.
